چکیده

A case of childhood hemiplegia due to idiopathic hypereosinophilic syndrome is reported. There was no cardiac lesion. The neurological complications associated with hypereosinophilic syndrome and the pathophysiological mechanism of neurotoxicity of human eosinophils are discussed.
